Its applications extend across multiple engineering disciplines.&nbsp;<br>USM is a comprehensive engineering-focused university with strong research capabilities in&nbsp;<strong>mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, and chemical engineering<\/strong>. Research related to combustion and thermal energy is also particularly active.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through collaboration within this broad academic environment, the partners expect to advance evaluations of resource characteristics derived from ERS.
